(a,b) A small rectangular cardboard box consisting of a lid and bottom that fit on each other; (c) illumination system consisting of a black plastic plug with two metal electrical prongs, a black plastic cord, and a glass light bulb designed to attach to a disposable vaginal speculum, encased in metal; there are two pieces of metal along the sides of the lighting system; (d) a replacement bulb with a screw-in metal casing and a glass bulb; (e) a rectangular packing slip with the ordering information detailing to whom it was shipped, the order date, the number of product, quantity and product description, printed on carbon-copy paper.

Condition Remarks
(a,b) Slight yellowing of paper and a few pieces of clear tape have been adhered to the sides of the box; the interiors show some marking by the black rubber of the cord; (c) a few scratches to rubber and marks due to use; (d) scratches on metal exterior; glass end has two black marks below the surface (possibly burnt out); (e) fading along edges and folds; folds are heavy.
