Rectangular canvas instrument roll with folding flaps at top, bottom, and left sides; the inside of the roll has a cloth strap sewn in and running horizontally; there are eleven vertical cross-loops, which provide slots to hold surgical instruments; the inside left flap is squared and has an inner pocket; when all three flaps are folded in, the instrument roll can be rolled up from right to left, then secured with a cloth tie attached at the central left flap of the roll.
