(a) Hollow glass cylindrical syringe barrel, with a rectangular neck and thin mounting tube for needles; gradation marks are etched up the sides; (b) solid glass cylindrical plunger, with circular head and thin glass ring around bottom; (c) metal C-shaped clamp, with an arm extending from each end of the "C" to help hold the syringe plunger in place; (d) rectangular cardboard box bottom with insert to support syringe; (e) rectangular cardboard box top with semicircular indentations on side for easy opening; (f) rectangular sheet of paper bearing instructions.
